I may have hit the wall – I will go back to regular induction beginning tomorrow. I LOVE eggs but I just need something else lol. I give credit to Jimmy Moore for doing this for 30 days! wow!
I have lost a total of 15 lbs in the past 12 days and that is just incredible but I am going to eat some of my wife’s leftover steak for tomorrow’s breakfast. I am calling it quits to my eggfest but I will have one last omelette for tonight’s dinner.
What I have learned from the Eggfest 2011 is that the amount of foods one can eat during Induction is amazingly vast. I am looking forward to chicken roasted, baked, steamed, grilled and steaks, fish, broccoli, cauliflower, etc etc etc What an amazing life it is when you can eat these foods for a better healthy life!
I applaud you for lasting as long as you did! I’m not sure I could have done it!! Great job on the loss!
Laura – thanks! I really recommend everyone doing this, even for a few days just to either level the playing field or to go immediately into ketosis. From now I am going to suggest this to anyone having a problem beginning Atkins.
Eggs are an amazing food…but they can get pretty old quickly. Kudos to you buddy!
