Three weeks into keto I'm asked to house sit. Now, my home is free from snacks and foods that are known triggers or favorite crutches. Here, there is a printer paper box full of valentine's candy.
I allowed myself one peanut butter heart.
9.5 grams of carbs I know, but day had consisted of eggs and meat so I was within my macros.
My fear was that I was going to relapse into old behavior. I didn't. Wasn't even tempted.
Tl:dr had chocolate, didn't lose my shit.
