I made the decision to try this Friday and I'm on day two. This is gonna be tricky because I'm currently taking prednisone 🙁
I do boxing 4 or 5 days a week so I hope that helps.
Also I was doing high protein before this averaging 1200 to 1500 cals. Should I up that or leave it as is ?
