Because of my professional I can’t take a day off without scheduling so pretty much I am going to go to work and be miserable today 🙁
Before going in though I am going to stop by Duane Reade and hopefully find a sugar free (and carbohydrate free) daytime medicine. If you have any suggestions I would appreciate them.
The old me would be loading up on fruit juices and carbs but because that will only lead to my ultimate destruction I have packed a salad, some turkey meat balls and marinara and plan on getting about 90 oz of water in today. It makes so much more sense to eat this type of clean food instead of all that sugar and flour. Off to the LIRR – I look forward to hearing some form of remedies 🙂
