Why Subway is not a good Low Carb choice

Did you know that Subway Sandwich sells a Chicken over Spinach Salad that contains a ton of ingredients that most people on the Atkins Low Carb Diet consider unhealthy? Take a look at some of the ingredients for things that should only include maybe a few seasonings and it’s main protein.

BACON SLICES Pork cured with water, salt, sugar, smoke flavor (?), sodium phosphate, sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrite.

I know the Chicken I am going to eat today for lunch contains – um ONLY CHICKEN!!! Be careful what you are eating people!
