On /r/keto: Day 2: -6lbs, (holy crap) Question about supplement vitamins

I just started 2 days ago and I woke up this morning with the metal taste in my mouth so I think thats a good sign. I'm feeling pretty good other than a small, manageable headache but I'm not complaining. I've been taking Magnesium Oxide and Potassium Gluconate supplements. I just realized the Potassium pills are only 3% my daily value, don't I want 100%? Also should I be supplementing with sodium as well?

Thanks for any help! and sorry if I sound like a newb everything is so backwards I don't know what's real life anymore, whoamI...?
